The FOI Law (2007 Revision) gives the public a general right of access to all types of records held by Public Authorities in the Cayman Islands, with some exceptions.

 

As a Public Authority, the Economics and Statistics Office (ESO) complies with the FOI Law. ESO is fully committed to the objectives of the law; openness, transparency and accountability and greater public participation in decision making.

 

This website forms ESO’s e-publication scheme developed in compliance with section 5 of the FOI Law.
