Consumer Price Index

Every quarter, the ESO surveys the prices of 661 items of goods and services in Grand Cayman. These prices are then used to estimate the Consumer Price Index and its rate of change (or the inflation rate). The list of 661 items is based on the results of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey conducted in 1991.
